Bus condition was good but ac was totally off even they are giving ticket including ac, no single rest stop for dinner in 11-12 hours(Nashik to Latur) journey, no passenger limit (+ lack of social distancing) my journey date was 2-9-2020

Valuenservice is not on time, bus quality low,they cancel the bus if they get full bus booking like marriage or other functions and create problem to those passengers who have booked in advance.I have booked lower seat for my pregnant wife...they called us and gave 2 hours before time and changed bus also ....we changed our plans as per....and reached on given time and bus got late for 2 hours .....and they used abuse language with us....ac is not working ....worst service ever

Staff is very rubbish and also they not provide charging socket in whole journey after telling 10 times too. Just once start and after some time did off too.next time I will not travel with NAYAN TRAVEL. And also there is no space for Bag attached with your seat.
