They show in the Advertisement that flight is included in the package but when one of their agents calls you he will say the flight is not included. Don't Know what kind of Scam they are playing. Don't put FALSE ADs and mislead Customers

This is the best travel company. I have worked here and also have experienced a lot of things. Thomas Cook offers amazing and exciting prices for theri packages and gives you experience of life time if you go on a tour with them. Special care is taken of each and every passenger. Top class hotels,amazing restaurants and a lot of memories is what you get if you travel with thomas cook.

Just a big showoff company.... Who does not treat the people well ... Today it was my first day of job in this company but the lady who recruited me for this job didn't came to the office and didn't even informed about me to her HR manager . Before all this I have sent her many mails and tried to call her but she never turned up my call. Really I'm very disappointed and demotivated today because of this company

Absolutely useless and irresponsible.nnThey book tickets and confirm seat numbers. The airlines say that these seats stated in the ticket are not confirmed.nnAn Emergency call gets routed to security because their Ms.Hazel Shinde is never at her post. I made 7 calls today for support, but this lady is never available.nnPathetic how a once renowned name has now been flushed down the toilet.
