If you're looking out for a low budget gym, then this is a good choice. Don't expect too much from the gym. If you're well aware about your workout plan then you can join otherwise don't start from here if you're new to this. Trainers are friendly and would help you if you need. Also the gym is very much on the main road of jb nagar so there should be no problem for you to locate the gym.

not a good gym staff try to speak with you properly when they need fees after they lie to you in front of your eyes. i was there and they did the same with me that is not a good gym at all conman gym trainer is horrible they do not know how to speak to a person.

The prices here are pretty fair and they regularly have discounts. The equipment is okay and it isn't all that spacious, but the proximity of the place is favorable for me personally. The staff are extremely friendly and nice.

Nice gym in low budget. Trainers are good but most of the equipments are inoperative or damaged which hampers workout. Needs maintainance

The gym is located in a by-lane of J B Nagar. The gym has lot of good equipment consisting of cycles, stepper, tread mill, abs, wings and several others. They have trainers too, but the trainers don't pay any interest in you till you pay them for personal training. The lady at the reception in the evenings is very cooperative and cordial. The downside is there is no parking close by, traffic in this lane is a mess all the time. The charges however are very reasonable.
