Have been going to this box for 3 years now and the energy is awesome. I am always motivated to go back even if i am having the worst of days.nGreat trainers who keep you motivated who over the years are more friends than trainers. Totally recommend it!! First and the best box in the city!

Been working out here for almost 3 years now and it’s been a great experience. The trainers are good and are always motivating you.nI see some reviews that say the location is “shady” but don’t blame the location because of your lack of motivation.

Crossfit Om used to be the only place teaching CrossFit in india, so had no other choice to join. Eventually in the beginning everything seemed well. Towards my 3rd year, the main trainer/Owner shivom abused me for dropping weights in the gym. Standards have dropped over the years as well as their music choices. Slow punjabi Bollywood music for a high intensity workout, will make you feel like yawning and sleeping on the yoga mats or pull your hair out. Overall Quality of the classes has dropped. Better Crossfit options are now available in the market. would not recommend.

As I'm being away from my home, the trainers and members of the gym have become like a family.nIt's a must place if you want to meet your fitness goals.

i have been working out for nearly 7 years at this place.... its an absolute delight to workout here.... i think one of the best places to workout....the owners shivoham and vrinda and all the trainers treat clients like family.....you always get personal attention from the trainers....ni disagree with your @greenspot cafe!...i think you are addressing some other place.....
