The main reason for joining this Gym was to stay fit , reduce weight and as it was just beside my office. Its been over a month now and I have lost 5kgs without feeling fatigue or tiredness. By the end of first week changes were quite visible. The nutrition guidance and the training by the trainers are excellent. They gave me workouts and nutrition on the basis of my body requirement. Any problem regarding nutrition or workout you can ask them , as they are always available. Its a well equipped gym and the ambiance is really good. This is my first experience in gym and now I'm addicted to workouts. Thank you Rebirth Fitness School.

So, the first reason i joined this gym was because of its proximity to my workplace, the other reason was to get in shape and pay lesser visits to my Doc. Well now its been just over 15 days tht i have started and have lost 6 kgs, without feeling anorexic. Within a couple of days my colleagues and me started noticing a difference in me. The nutrition guidance plus the training by the trainers is excellent, the equipments are top notch, plus its open at flexible hours. Makes it a perfect choice for working individuals. All in all i am really glad i made the decision of joining Rebirth.

Excellent result within a month .. I came to rebirth and got free trial of 15 days .. I started on 84.5 kg and now i am 78 kg .. with good muscle development .. I thank my trainer Sufiyan Sir for teaching me the correct form and technique of the exercises my Nutritionist Hemant Sir for a perfect diet .. Also thanks to Rebirth Fitness School for helping me achieve my fitness goal in such a short duration .. I would recommend everyone who has a particular fitness goal and need assistance whether it be fatloss , muscle gain or any other should visit Rebirth Fitness School ..
