The establishment is situated at a niche location surrounded by office complexes. Cleanliness and equipment functionality is a 10. Considering the area prices aren't that steep either when you compare them to the likes of Reset or Body sculptor. Definitely a place I'd recommend.

This is the latest fad as far as health conscious exercises, yoga, Zumba type dance, the works and food intake goes. All high tech. Everything works through their App including details of centres, time slots available, offers, discounts, food offers etc etc. The facilities are top of the line and everything is well thought out and well planned. The food on offer gives full details of calories etc and are economical and surprisingly very tasty. Valet parking available. If they can maintain the momentum and the service levels, they will certainly go places. Also entering UAE market in a big way.

Excellent trainers. The back end team/ customer care people are very difficult to get through. A small error of not getting notified for marking attendance isn’t being answered since 3 months. Plus there’s a guy called Vinay from the customer care, he happens to be pretty rude.

Amazing place to workout on your own using the gym access.nnFor group workout I would recommend HRX, S&C, dance and yoga.nnValet parking available and clean restroom, amazing shower.
