I have been attending this gym for a year. The facility is large for a Mumbai gym. The split between cardio training and weights is balanced and none of the areas feel crammed. In addition there are spaces for aerobics and cross fit. Trainers are helpful but beyond a certain point of help, they expect you to sign up for personal training.nnWhat I love is the cleanliness of the changing rooms and toilets. The rooms are larger with close to 60 storage spaces. Toilets are shower cubicles are always clean. They have a fully functional steaming room also.nnThe members can be pain in the a** depending on the time you go. There will always be some knuckleheads leaving weights unracked, crowding in the changing room, talking loudly or flexing in the mirror.

If you are looking for multiple workout-stations at one place, this place is specially made for you. When it comes to a brand - you need to spend more , and it is worth! Friendly staff - decent ambience - not too much crowd at a single time( plus point I must mention ).nnOverall, perfect for regular as well as casual fitness lovers!!

Fantastic gym with great service and awesome trainers. Equipments are very well maintained and updated with current versions. It's fun to workout here . Keep up the good work guys. Also love the cute little healthy cafe at the gym for an all time healthy option of juices and other healthy stuff
