Hopeless banking staff least bothered about customers never accept calls on landlines either in branch or regional office

Worst customer service ever. People cant even talk proper english and when you call cuatomer care they say system is updating and asks customer to call back. Also the agents lie saying I am a superior and when we ask for supervisor they say he is not available. When we vatch their lies they do transfer it to another agent and you again have to suffer through it.And the agents have no manners of how to talk to us.yet after talking to 3 to 4 agents we get transferred to supervisor and he provides you the information even when the so called system is not working. Great service.
