Doctor was friendly, keenly listen to patient issues first and analyse it , then only suggest for corrective or preventive actions as required. I came to know her through DDK Imphal show where she talks and explain about eye and opthal related issues in detailed manner. That awareness program in DDK was an eye opener for me as she explained many eye problems in lucid manner with good examples. Her clinic staff always try to make incoming patients comfortable , make them ready for eye inspection in queue manner. Clinic staff explains the usage of preliminary eye drops and ensure patients handle with ease. Also, staff people ensure that patients get the best services during the visit and post visit formalities.nRecommend anyone who has not visited earlier to go there and compare with other eye clinic experiences. Dr Bobby is quite knowledgable, well qualified ophthalmologist in overall Imphal area.
