This was the second time I ordered from Ferns and Petals Guwahati and I am glad to say they didn't disappoint me. I ordered the cake on a very short notice and also asked them to arrange some balloons for me. They very happily agreed to do it. The cake was really yummy and all my friends loved it. I am definitely going to order again very soon. Keep up the good work.

Very poor experience!! Customer service is zero. The guy at the counter doesn't respond to your queries and you have to repeat your questions. Decorative items are covered in dust and are exorbitantly priced. And the is excuse is: the items are imported. To prepare a simple bouque they need 20-30 mins!!! This is what happens when the owner leaves his store in the hands of incompetent and stupid staff. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. ZERO ud83cudf1f
