We ordered a cake for my sisters birthday.nGuess what the cake was half broken and no birthday wishes were written as instructed, such a pathetic service.nNever order from this place becausr your birthday present might turn out to be a nightmare.

There should also be an option of giving no stars. The worst experience one website can provide. I have ordered twice on day before the birthday, yet nothing was delivered even when 2 days already passed. I would never recommend this fern and petals to anyone. It provides the worst quality of service possible

Ordered Red velvet pastry 1/2 kg by paying Rs. 750 , when we recieved it, external look was awsome, inside it's like a Red colour dry bread slice, it was very very dry inside..nDidn't expect this , that too from Ferns and Petals ..nDisappointing ..
