The Childrens' Hospital

This is our go to hospital for our kids. We love the OPD section. So professional. Sadly the same cannot be said about the emergency room. we had an emergency so we came to the hospital early in the morning. What should constitute an emergency seems to take more time than an opd. Reception can't give any answer as to whom the on call doctors are. I think the emergency section is the most important part of any hospital. I do hope the Administration reads this review and kindly take notice. Otherwise everything is good.

The cleanliness is good.nThe staff fails to understand what an emergency means and some are very rude.nThe nurses are not qualified enough.

Been here quite a few times, the facilities are quite good, the doctors/ nurses are quite discipline. You can take the appointment early as at 8:00 AM in the morning.The only bad part as far as i know is the Assistant who call out for the consultation. Its more than once that i have been bypass and not been called out even though my name should be called earlier than many people. Hope the management will take this into account and make it fairly.
