Staff's behavior was good but the hairdresser cut my fringes too short and made me look like pumpkin

Good service even though a bit on the higher side when it comes to costing in comparison to other brands like Habib etc ..nHowever practically zero waiting hours and the fast service compensates for same . Introduction of discounts ND point redeemtion will help..

I visited Lakme couple of months back for a hair trim. It was Eid & unfortunately Khan was on leave. But a staff with a short hair normally sits at the billing took on my appointment. I forgot to ask her name. She never smiles & appears grumpy. I clearly asked for a hair trim. But to my bad luck she was pathetic she literally chopped 7 inch of hair which had taken an year to grow. Am so upset with this lady who was over confident about her job. I wonder why people come forward to spoil the reputation of Lakme n do opposite of what the customer wants. I hope Lakme does something about her attitude & skills. She definitely does not understand what you say. She does what she wants. Please ask for a senior expert in Lakme. Never go to this lady. That's my advice.

I had gone in for a head massage and I was suggested this be particular person. And I must say I was so satisfied with the service and the best part is that all my questions were answered with so much patience. I'm generally a person with tons of questions when it comes to skin and hair and damn! So many answers with such patience while giving me a good head massage also. Cherry on top!
