Bowlero Mount Prospect

Worst place. Don’t go.nLast night wasn’t busy. The manager came to us and told to wear the mask all the time. We wasn’t agree and she said she will call the police. She was super rude with us and with others.nI understand wearing the mask when you go to the restroom or at the bar but not when you’re playing or sitting only at your table and keeping that social distance.nI hope she’s not the owner and soon they will change the management.

This place is so fun!!! We brought family from out of state and we all had so much fun. They have so much to do. The drinks are great. Their food is pretty good. But honestly, I like that its always busy. That is always a great sign. Oh, and a huge plus is the music they play. The music def. pumps you up and I respect that atmosphere.

New Management is adapting and listening to their best customers, the League Bowlers by maintaining an extremely clean bowling alley including the most spotless men's bathroom seen in awhile, great bartender and drinks, pretty decent food and an approachable staff.nThese lanes are not as blocked as others giving good challenges and sometimes a skill- upscale in patterns from the all too common senior citizen shots squealed for in many places. My league officers are consummate professionals in their styles and welcoming. Bowl here!

Since the turnover from Brunswick to Bowlero, the Mt. Prospect location has gone from bad to worse. Considering the amount of money our league puts out each week to use this facility it’s a shame the staff doesn’t have a better attitude towards their patrons. The staff is lacking in manners, customer service skills, and knowledge of the facility. The facility needs a good cleaning, along with updated bathrooms and some outdoor lighting in the lot. This is suppose to be a fun, upbeat atmosphere, unfortunately far from it.
