Bowlero Vernon Hills

Bowling alley had been closed for 6 months...then reopened for a Regional Bowling Tournament... you'd think someone would realize that you can't just walk in the night before and turn everything on and expect it to all work.

Good bowling alley around Vernon Hills. Nice to have parties here.

This location is very run down. I would love to come here more since it's close to home, but typically take the time to drive to a different location for a more updated facility. When I visited I took my child into the gaming room and ended up spending $20 only to have 5 tickets added to my card from the games, despite my child getting a jackpot on one of the machines. While the manager did fix this, just shows how the facility could use some updating.

the facilities are clean and cute, the food is delicious, the cocktails are second to none, but most importantly ... the staff is supremely friendly, helpful and smiling

Dan was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful. It is very nice when customer service is priority for a company. Truly made the birthday gathering better through his attentiveness and his pleasant demeanor.nThe Assistant General Christopher was also great and Had a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you both for everything. It was greatly appreciated.
