Shillong Muscle and Fitness Gym

The gym is amazing....nice place and equipped with all necessary facilities....but I am really disappointed with the environment of the evening batch which made me force to quit the gym and leave 1star.....I would like to draw the kind attention of the owner towards the kind of stuffs going around the gym....I have never seen such meanest trainer like him....the one buffed guy full of steroids inside......he doesn't come near clients for help....he just keeps on insisting for personnel training....and if you refuse to take p.t. then he would make your evening session hell.....i am not the only one facing this problem...I know many people who left evening batch just bcoz of him...i hope the owner will take necessary actions....thank you

Nice gym !!! As well as the trainers are also good ... and its 24×7 clean...

Good and nice gym.......trainers are friendly and supportive

A Trainer is on his responsible doings not only the loved ones. He is doing his duty assigned not that he will focus on training himself and his loved ones.
