Mister Sparky of Birmingham

I made an appointment and got confirmation just for them to never show up. I called and they said they could schedule me for the next day only to do the same thing and “not have time”. They don’t care about your time because I made time off work for someone to come and they never showed. Completely unprofessional.

Chad was awesome. He explained everything that I needed to know and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The experience was great, and I now know who to call in the future for electrical work.

I was extremely disappointed to have planned my entire day around the appointment I scheduled only to not have anyone show. Not only did they not show up they didn't even bother to notify me that they wouldn't be showing up. I had an appointment. I received a confirmation email. People can't afford to sit at home all day and wait for someone to show up. When I called to let them know nobody showed up for my appointment they were very unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend this business.

Brandon was awesome. Professional, friendly, courteous and he went above and beyond all expectations. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will always use Mr Sparky and recommend them to everyone.
