Technician installed a replacement smart switch. It was not straight forward due to complications with 3-way and the other side. However, he resolved and got a successful install. They are VERY proud of their prices. Make sure you know it will not be cheap. Good electricians are worth paying for, but this was a bit over the top. Talk to them about this prior to starting the job.

Brandon T was EXCELLENT! He was on-time, professional, pleasant, reviewed each item I had and gave me an estimate I signed-off on each individually on his i-Pad before he did the work with no pressure, and if I had decided not to do the work, it would have cost me nothing!nBrandon explained the issue in terms I could understand, and answered all questions, and made me feel comfortable with my decision.nWhen he finished, he cleaned-up, made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated to me, and said to let them know if I had any issues in the future.nIt is hard to find employees as friendly and courteous, as well as skilled and trustworthy as Brandon T. Outstanding!

I cut a wire and called many places to have someone take a look. Finally Mr. Electric said “it sounds serious, we’ll find someone”. In a matter of 1 hour Brandon Turner was at my house tracing wires and trying to make sure it didn’t need to be shut off. Turns out it didn’t but I was so relieved!

Very quick to respond and get someone out there. Got a quote to me, and still honored it even though I took a week to get back to them. They got someone to fix my outlets the same day I called them back. I'd hire them again.

Robert, the Electrician was awesome at explaining everything. He was always on time and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. The ladies in office were awesome at responding as well. Glad I now have an Electrician for life! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
