With a black card membership you can use a combo standing tanning and infrared machine. Tanning increases vitamin D levels which improves the immune response. Infrared light causes heat shock proteins which also improves immune response. Together these light sources, along with the proven benefits pf exercise on immune health, have become a central component in my covid-19 preparedness program. So much attention is paid to avoiding exposure, but you should also pay attention to enhancing your overall resilience so that if you do get infected you have a better chance of avoiding severe illness.

Joke of a gym. I understand people’s fear of wearing/ not wearing a mask. But having staff members scolding you to put your mask on with an obviously open water bottle in your hand, while their trainers in the back doesn’t have a mask on at all is quite annoying. I already had a new gym picked out, but was going to finish out the week at PF. I had to cancel early though when greeted with having to listen to a lazy staff member yell across the gym at a group, to pull one members mask up. I canceled with a minute of checking in. I still didn’t feel a review was necessary until I got the cancellation email, stating the cancellation was due to “can’t afford”. Which is quite the opposite being that the new gym is literally 10x the price, but a much better experience. Hearing staff members talk about you behind your back is quite discouraging also. It’s a cheap membership though, you get what you pay for.

Great gym for the price! For $10 / month, I would find it hard to believe you could find a better bargain in a 24hr gym. All of the equipment is brand new or in excellent shape. There's always plenty of stationary bikes and treadmills while maintaining 6ft socal distance for Covid-19 precautions. The staff does temporal temperature readings for fevers on entry, which adds another way to prevent spread of disease. The atmosphere there is a welcoming one, they tout their gym as a "no judgement" gym - all body types and levels of athleticism are encouraged to go.

Kyla was such a good helper. Never stopped working as hard as she could. Was so nice to everyone I. The gym. 10/10 recomendó
