Update: Person at customer service desk was rude when I went to cancel my membership and let me know that they couldn't stop the billing from hitting my account for the next month (even though they had 4 business days and it only takes 2 business days) but said I couldn't use the gym as of the day I walked in and cancelled. Multiple people walking around without masks even though they weren't working out. This place is SO MUCH BETTER than the gym that was there before it! Completely redone, awesome locker rooms and SO MANY cardio machines! GREAT perks if you get the 20/month membership, and the staff is friendly and helpful! The 30 min circuit will give you a great workout if you are pressed for time, and they have really nice tanning beds and hydro-massage beds!

10 out of 10 would highly recommend. Nice clean facility that is keeping up on COVID-19 sanitation get well. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff. Absolutely love the hydromassage!

I just became a PF member through Silver Sneakers. Everyone I've met so far at the location in St. Cloud has been friendly and helpful. An incredible young lady named Julia provided me a wonderful tour of the facility. It looks like a great place to work out and is in a convenient location and easily accessible location. The site manager, Chris, was personable and signed me up almost instantly. He made it very easy to quickly engage. I met my trainer Spencer this week for orientation and his knowledge about the equipment and how to help me already seems impressive. I start my new fitness program next Monday with a personal training plan all laid out for me with 4-6 individual sessions. I am looking forward to beginning this adventure into my physical well-being.

Employees there are very friendly and you don't have to worry about being bigger or smaller than anybody it's a comfortable place to work out at
