I visited time square multiplex today. Everything was fine but I am giving it one star to divert the attention of this place owner about the unprofessional staff at the ticket counter. There was a lady ticket vendor , she was not well trained who took my 20 min to just give me 2 tickets. There was no system , so much delay ... So much nepotism ... I was standing at first position in the queue and she was giving tickets to others . I am so much surprised how this can happen in a private place , it's not a govt. Office it's a multiplex. I request the owner to take very strict action against the lady as it will further reduce your brand value , here I want to compare you with mirag ... They guys are very professional and well trained.nYour staff in not properly trained and it was looking like you have totally uneducated staff. Basic hospitality is expected.
