Great price and location. The staff is friendly and there is always plenty of cleaning supplies. It is fairly easy to social distance. Can’t wait for the always open to start back up.

I have been in this location (11320 w 135th st) two separate times speaking to multiple people who have verified our memberships have been cancelled and yet they continue to bill my account. While the facility was convenient and the staff friendly, I would not recommend this club due to above issues. Unacceptable. The response below from ownership is quite interesting giving I have followed their cancellation process for over 6 months and have continued to be charged the exact same amount every single month with assurance each month that my membership is cancelled. Do not give this company your bank acct information

Horribly treated by these people. I have not lived in Overland Park for 2 years now and have tried calling them to cancel my membership, but they kept on making it difficult. I finally get them to respond back to me and someone calls me to inform me I will still be charged for this month (AFTER 2 YEARS OF CHARGING ME MONTHLY!!!!!!) and when I tell her I have not lived there for 2 years, she behaves as if they don't that to their customers. I even made the mistake of joining one here again. I will be cancelling that one as well. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS NONSENSE!!!!!!!

The staff was very polite and handled a silly dispute with another guest who was being unreasonable over the stated mask policy, very tactfully. My wife and I wore our masks in and weren't trying to be a problem or break any rules, this guy was just looking for trouble and singled us out for whatever reason. The staff handled everything fairly and only entertained what was clearly the other guests anxiety to a reasonable factor.

I really enjoyed this gym, it is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful The machines and equipment are adequate for the overage gym, and they kept clean, also they have shawers very clean. and have lockers. I love this place.
