First of all no one was at the reception. I had to call for some one. Then Mr. Prabhjot Singh came. veHe behavedry badly. He was very arrogant. He was not willing to tell us the details of package details. First of all he asked us about our budget. When we tell him about it, which was less than his costing of the tour, he simply tried to ignore. I felt that he never wanted to entertain us. When I asked him for the print of the itinerary, he simply gave me the print out said read it. He didn't explained anything. If I had to read i could have done it on the website only. Then there is no need of staff or of an office.nOverall very bad experience.nNo one should visit Jalandhar Thomas Cook office.
