Bad response by staff and helpline number....keen customer refused to purchased Toyota innova due to not to receive the phone call.........3-4 times call Zero time response by Toyota staff.

1st reason of 1 star rating.nwhen i booked my Toyota Innova Crysta. the sale person said it take 1-2 weeks for your car delivery but i get my car after 3 weeks.nn2nd reason of 1 star rating.nafter car delivery when i asked for RC and number plate.they said to me first you receive number plate then we will inform you.after number plate comes we click the photos then you got after 2-3 weeks you receive your RC.Every time I called and asked if the number plate and RC has arrived. But the agency did not tell that your number plate or RC has arrived.nn3rd reason of 1 star rating.nservice and insurance claim.nI have claimed for tire and wheel rim. They did not give me proper information. Every time I asked, but they did not give me proper information. I claimed for tire and wheel rim on 25-5-2020. They said that it takes 2-3 days. And now I ask every day that they said the tire did not come, the wheel rim did not come. 29-05-2020 Again I called that they told me that the tire has not arrived, but the wheel rim has arrived. how many days you took now for Tyre and wheel rim. When i get my car back.i love my car very much.30-05-2020 again i call 3 times.They say your tire and wheel rim has arrived. When the car is ready for you, you will be informed and you can take your car.But I have not received any call yet.nn4th reason of 1 star ratingnThere are some staff who put more emphasis in emptying your pockets.When you go to servicing your car.

From experience point of view I am not at all satisfied as my car’s Teansanr Bearing is damaged when I reached there after making me to wait 4-5 hours they said they have mailed at the head office for approval because my is under guarantee warranty.nThey also said if I'll pay then they will change the bearing immediately which means guarantee warranty is just a formality it is a kind off harassment to the customer that he has to come again and again. I’m still driving my with the damaged Bearing. If anything else damaged because of this they said nothing will happen on Monday i.e 18.05.2029 but still no response come till now i.e. on 22.05.2020

Obviously the cars are the best in India.. the staff is good..nIt's the service cost and cost of spares that is through the roof
