There is no law mandating we HAVE to wear masks. May I also point out most masks won't protect against COVID....it states that on the box. That set aside, this is a great gym, always has been and always will be. People do what they can and that's worth something.

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Dylan from the St. Charles XSport location. Dylan showed great customer service over the phone. He was super welcoming when he answered, like I was his buddy. He also was totally willing to help answer my questions about my membership in a friendly manner. That's what it's all about. Go Dylan Go! XSport is super lucky to have you on their team.

I would think it’s hard to run a gym- this place does a nice job of keeping things clean. Although they need to get some maintenance done on some of their machines, it’s a great place to work out at.

Really bad costumer service, they would not allow my friend in who got a 1 week free trial from there website. Not even for one day and my friend drove from 45 minutes away. Not the first time we’ve had a bad experience from them.
