This is one of the best hospital of Ludhiana. My father was admitted there. The doctors and their medical staff gave the best of their services. And reception staff were also very cooperative. I would highly recommend everyone to do consider Pancham Hospital.

This hospital is just surrounded by money minded people.. There are times when we can see clearly that the owner doesn't care about its staff and patients attendants. Some Doctors are very very selfish including the owner.nnIn order to run a hospital they should learn how to treat each other first then the patients.

In one of the recent comments they talk about their doctors with 20 years of experience. Having 20 years of experience does not mean they know everything in and out and more importantly being genuine. If 20 years experience is their selling point, let me tell you they failed to identify if a patient had a cardiac arrest or epilepsy. Someone with these many years of experience should be able to diagnose it but they were not able to troubleshoot. I think they still have a long way to improve their skills first before trying their luck on live patients.nnProviding contact numbers for complaints and assuring internal committee to review their mistakes are a formality type thing and everyone knows how it works. Instead they should go for external ISO level certifications and audits if they are concerned about providing best health care services..

Staff is highly non co-operative . Hospital simply care about money and not patient. Response of staff is very very poor, you have to ask for same thing again and again. Receptionist is too rude in behaviour. Except facilities they provide, Hospital is too poor in service. People should avoid this hospital in future
