Very bad experience. Corruption starts at entry gate.. with parking fee of 15 instead of official rs 5.nNo bathrooms for patients attendies. In the campus. The bathroom that are made in mother n child department are locked. Only one is open full of garbage. Female n male uses the same.

Worst hospital in Ludhiana. No service at all.nStaff is very rude and they treat others like slaves.nThis place is very unhygienic and no cleanliness at allnStaff has no manners to talk to people.nNo one will assist you in anything and you have to find everything at your own and there is no assistance in anything.nNobody knows how to talk to patients and they will treat you like it's your mistake if you meet an accident and if you are not well like seriously ?nThis is the worst hospital in Ludhiana and government should do something about it. Here my son born at oct 2020. There was very good take care by the doctors. Here all tests, all medicine & doctors fees free. Every monining give the breakfast to patient like- tea, daliya & khichdi etc. After the discharge the hospital management own vahicle to drop the patient to their door free off cost. Staff is very good. Thanks civil hospital management TEAM.nsunil sahni

No facility for patients suffering from any disease... No value of the time of visiters and patient... Everyone standing in a single row and there is no social distancing and senitizer at any window.... Feeling bad....
