The therapist was very good. Front staff is efficient. The sheet was full of oil stains and that was a put off. However the therapists expertise was commendable.

Horrible service and its extremely hard to get professional service from these people on time. i had to fight for 3 hours to get an appointment as most of the time receptionist at front desk lies that they don't slot free even without checking her system. Receptionist and manager are extremely poor in communication and are rude. They don't understand your requirement and after lot of difficulties i got appointment which they cancelled on their own saying you are 5 mins late! They didnt even call us to check if we are coming or not. i wonder why they take contact # of customer then. Four fountain has better services, professional and they know how to treat their customer right. I vouch that i will never chose O2 Spa. Its not a relaxation but extra headache to get services from these people.

Not value for money.customer care is good but bathroom hygiene not maintained if you take body scrub or body polish service they just do it the way we do lotioning in our body
