We went to this hotel on our 2nd anniversary this end of February. What a amazing stay it was and great care and service by the hotel staff.!! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff.nnThe room was quite big and spacious, and the wooden feel was awesome. Nice view of Kanchenjunga peak from room balcony, delicious food. They have provided room, bed heater. Food was simply delicious. We had dinner at hotel while our stay it was delicious.nnThis hotel is surrounded with nice view, positive vibes and nice. Best thing was the hotel staff.nnI Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for all staff and Team..!!

Pelling is a quiet city , not much happening , unlike the other North Eastern cities say Darjeeling or Gangtok. The Hotel - Summit Newa regency is situated at lower Pelling. Its a nice hotel , actually an older property but it is renovated and converted into a reasonably nice place to stay for couples or families. The rooms are clean, facilities are good too, the hotel staff is polite & cooperative.

At some time in past the property was real good but with time it has gone old and maintenance is a real issue. The property needs urgent renovation. The staff though is helpful and tried there best to make our stay comfortable. All those people who are saying it has got beautiful views i doubt because a four storey building/hotel ( Nirvana ) has came up right infront of it and had blocked the entire view. Only view is from terrace from its left corner.

The hotel needs renovation / upgrade so being part of a chain of Hotels, I hope this comment is taken up seriously by the managementnI would have given 3 star but additional star forn1. Play area for Kids within the propertyn2. View of Kanchenjunga (especially the Golden view can be experienced even without visiting the Tiger Hill Observatory
