Extremely worst. I am Totally shocked that naturals staff dont even kw U cut. Total tragedy. After seeing my hair I literally cried. She dont even kw hw to handle the driver, how to do the curls. Ultimate waste. I went inside with long hair to do a u cut and came out with very very short hair and eyes full of tears.

Worst customer service ever. Women working there are least interested in taking up the service. I went(on 29.03.2019) 1.5 hours before closing time and asked for waxing. They weren’t ready to do the service. No proper response. Two women were arguing on who should take up the work. All they wanna do is close the shop and go home. I wish the franchise owner read this and take appropriate action! Would never recommend a salon like this.
