Have been a customer for more than 5 years. 20/1/2020 - 3 pm. Purchased few medicine and the amount was 69. Since I had only 500 note I paid the bill and the cashier literally insulted me for giving 500. I said I will pay by card if there is a shortage of change-for that he gave a reason that his accounting shift just started and if he gives all the change, he can’t manage further. And told me in a bossy way that for 69 rupees bill I have to pay only by 100 rupee and he is doing me a favour this time by giving me the change. I felt embarrassed and upset the was I was treated. The reason why i pen down is the owner or the management sometimes unaware of wats happening at the ground level but these kind of employee attitude will slowly make them loose the market share in this competitive market. Am after all a small customer for your group and I will move away with options, but these kind of incidents will never gonna be healthy for a big group which is growing good in the market.NOTE : i went back by 5.30 pm and gave change for 500 and collected back 500 rupees note and told him to put a board - saying visitors can get in the shop only if visitor has change for their bill. Will never ever step in again. Management can enquire or let it go - All your way how you give importance to your customers.
