Bus service is goodnPick and drop are good..nOn time.... Reached safely on time

It is a group of irresponsible and completely money oriented people with no discretion paid to its customers. I am writing this because of my previous horrible experience with the agency.nI am a student at a college in Tamil Nadu and I had booked a ticket in a bus which was to start at 7.00 from my place and reach my destination in the morning. It was the end of a festival season and every other mode of transport was fully booked.nAt noon, on the day of the journey, I got a call from these people saying that the bus I had to travel in was broken down and so my ticket would be canceled. They also offered to transfer the ticket to another bus which would go near my destination at almost midnight, from where there would be no taxi or bus available at that time to reach my destination almost 20kms away.nFinally, I had to accept their offer due to unavailability of tickets anywhere else. Then I tried calling them back and the person kept on hanging up the phone saying he was traveling and would call back in 5 minutes. This continued for more than an hour. So, When I went to the Kallada office at Thiruvananthapuram, from where I had to start my journey, and told my case, to confirm my ticket, they had no knowledge of the incident and said they had given no such offer. Suddenly they got a call from the Tirunelveli office saying that they had to cancel the ticket owing to less bookings and because the journey would be of no profit and they had to lie to the customers. At the same time, they kept on rejecting my calls saying they werre traveling.

Very worst in keep the time as scheduled. My travel time at Tirunelveli at 8.10pm but bus came at 10pm. Futher no information about delay service.

Pathetic experience, don't travel in this bus
