This office msc shipping. Mostly come this is clearing agent those who collect delivery order or export bl issue. This office in my experience all cha treat like salve. Cha give money and collect do. But they treat like slave. One do collect office time 6 or 7 hours very very slow.msc do release department staff if any dout ask msc staff shouting to cha staff. Very bad token system. Evening 4.30 cut-off time. If any issue to we give document they not tell we are waiting long time for our do but not come evening 6 o clock if we ask then tell tge problem. Main document give two person siting one is one north indian .man waste any dout ask he tell i dont know then why sit front. Near one senior man siting name is mr. Kanan all time techion man. Many cha staff not interested to come msc office one bl do get till night.nOne good feature is cha wIting hall is big and good. Token system one big lcd their always close. Now token sreen is old monitor.
