Today I went Bajaj Allianz at Arumbakkam for renew my policy there was only one person to handle the customer his name is Mr Mani he did excellent service to all including me this is my observation when I was in waiting Thanks a lot for that gentle man

I have had a family accident policy for about four years now, and it has been the biggest blessing! As much as I would rather not have to use it. I have filed claims on 3 of my kids, on myself and my husband. It has been easy, and quick every time! I am so glad I decided to insure my family with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance

Typical insurance office. Very slow needs a lots of things to be optimised. People and process wise. This office feels like it is still 2001.nIt will take a lot of time for simple things. Hence plan your day accordingly if you're planning to visit. Parking is available but only for employees not customers. You've to struggle even for a bike.nNo professionalism there. Feels like a government office.
