Holy Cross Hospital

In-Patient Care:nn1. Worst nursing department that i have seen ever. Most of the times, we had to follow up for medicines. At times they missed giving the medicines too.nn2. Each and every medicine has to be bought by us from their medical store, irritating part is they won't give us the prescription list for 2-3 days together. Instead they will make us go 2-3 times a day to buy something or the other. In 7 days, I have visited their medical store 21 times.nn3. Not sure if these are trained nurses, because they are not caring, they don't show kindness or empathy.nn4. No provision for hot water in bathroom. Per floor there is one 1 lit heater (for around 15 rooms). So, you will have to carry the bucket which doesn't even have proper handle and use this heater. It easily takes 10-15 mins.nn5. Doctor doesn't spend more than a minute during his visit. He hates to respond in detail.

I think this is the most worst hospital in nagerkovil totally miss communicating staff working in this hospital, main thing cast is important in this hospital. Totally wrong Commitment the will give.... If u cross community they service is better.. Only one doctor is best Mr Antony berity

Why do many hospitals take only cash?nRooms and nurse are good. Canteen is also good. But doctors don't take patients condition seriously or check them properly. When my dad's condition was critical they told us to shift him to another hospital with ventilator facilities. We had to arrange for ambulance with oxygen supply. My dad had to take lift and walk towards the ambulance from 2nd floor without oxygen supply which he required. By the time we went to Vasantham hospital his condition got worse and oxygen level was low. Vasantham hospital was better in giving treatment and taking care of my dad. Holy cross may be good for some doctor. We had to consult a pulmonologist who was not even ready to check my dad properly even after his Covid19 swab tests was negative. Only if he had taken little effort to ask and check on his patients. Many would have be saved at earlier stage and got better.

Worst hospital in the world. I done my delivery in the hospital my due date was 21st Jan but they forced me to admit on 4th Jan I didn't admite the same day they done verginal check up and the next day I got bleeding and was admitted in the hospital on 5th Jan one sister came next to me and said done panic for c section you have a good health and blood like that . N number of time they asked us to do cesarean we didn't agreed but they planned and done cesarean dr. Jiji also playing a verynvery role she is also suppoting and helping them. Worst experience . My normal delevery become cesarean .

There is no auto parking available in this hospital.the management is not good.
