Service is best! But the customer handling is not too great. They just do their service in a mechanical way and finish it off (women's section). Chose a service, it got completed, but they didn't ask if I am opting for premium service. They charged premium. Customer interaction, relations need to be improved.

Haircut and beard trim with basic stylist is not good. He doesn’t know how to trim beard and mustache properly but they charged 200 or 250+ tax for only the beard trim.nHaircut with senior stylist is Good and beard trim is ok ok.nGuys u have to improve your service...

Should hear what client is requesting. I know stylist is trying to propose good for the client. But the way of doing that should be commendable. Hair cut also not that great. I thought senior stylist is far better.nnOverall Not satisfied.

I was serviced by Lalit - senior stylist. BTW Lalith did a great job. In addition, receptionist was greatly helpful in fulfilling an ad-hoc appointment.

It was a bit confusing to find the outlet once I was in the building. A sign board could be helpful.nnI'm impressed by the service though. I walked in just to purchase a few wella products. I asked for wella range for smoothened hair. The receptionist had to check with somebody before handing me the products.nnSomeone in charge came across and asked me if I did my smoothening here. I said no. They gave me the products and informed me that this would be best for your hair.nnI don't know if they have a procedure of providing the hair care range only for their customers and not others. If they do, then the staff at this branch is remarkable.nnI was well served for the few minutes I was there.
