2 hours delay and they tell its not their responsibility, I have booked ticket, so it’s my responsibility.. pathetic

Place is remote on the highway with limited lighting. Limited chairs and bad restroom during delayed bus is bad. Reaching this place on the highway is easy. They have canned water which is good.
