One of the best Travel agency that I ever know. They arranged everything so perfectly, . It was economical and really worth it. All the hotels and the travel they arranged for us was of standard.nThey were really caring and our tour Coordinator took care of everything really well. Special credits to him for making our trip unforgettable.

After getting confused with multiple options of hotel with different budget we opted to book our stay at Delightz Inn.nWe had the trip planned for 3 nights starting and ending in Mysore.nnFirst thing to look before booking any hotel is to go through different site and read the reviews.nI got options of other 3* and 4* hotels but the problem with big hotel is that the response of staff wouldn't be prompt.nAlong with that if we are travelling in peak season like we had travelled, there would be chaos during breakfast, lunch, dinner and also the staff wouldn't be responsive enough to our problems.nThis hotel we booked is located in Tiger hill top and is the last resort in the trailnThe road to the hotel is a bit bad but wouldn't be a headache because once you reach the hotel you will love the surrounding.nWe booked a premium room with balcony.nThe hotel staff was very good, prompt and responded fast to our issues.nThe best part of the hotel is the food, we had lunch outside during our stay and had our breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the dinner at hotel was far far better than the lunches we had outside..nThe only issue is that the hotel doesn't have any closed restaurant.nThe breakfast buffet was arranged in the garden, which is good but it would have been better if there was restaurant.nnWe reached Mysore from Hyderabad around 9.30 and was greeted by our tour guide, driver Mr.Mansoor.nHe was very polite and well behaved and had guided us throughout the trip.nHe bid adieu to us with a smile and note of visiting again while boarding our return bus.

Specially thanks to Karthik for gave me the best deal, and organised everything very well.nI want to write specially for our cab driver Mujeeb . He was very knowledgeable about the place.. He is a kind hearted person , smiley , polite nature smart driving skills. Our journey was safe and sound because of Mujeeb..nfrom pick up to drop his behaviour as like family member.....nHe bid adieu to us with a smile and note of visiting again while boarding our return bus.nnI will definitely recommended Chill Memories Also, would give ur reference to my friends and family.nnThank you for making our trip more joyful and memorable...

Very professional. Mr.Karthik was very helpful and gave best properties. Overall the experience was very good.
