A robotic experience. Could have shown my high level of uric acid to a robot and got a prescription - febuxostat; not a word from tiis doctor's mouth. We could program the robots to utter a few words, hello, hi, good morning, ... and listen to the visiting patient. This one is totally deaf and dumb.

For doctor Sarvejeet Pal, I will give ***** (5) stars. But at these covid19 times, Clinic is not maintaining social distance. Staff is not using good surgical gloves. Not disposing cotton in dustbin.

Dr. Pal is very pleasant, attentive, brilliant and took ample time to answer my questions and make sure I was informed and comfortable. He was thorough and explained things fully. The treatment for Ankylosing Spondylitis which he has recommended and given me is good and 90% of my body posture is corrected, reduced pain and am feeling much better than earlier. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

He is the best in twin cities. Have been suffering from RA. He gives minimum medication. Not much waiting time unless tests are to be carried out.
