2 n half hour ride from HYD.. Nice place to visit.. Better to return back & have food instead of carrying it all the way. Interested people can swim at the bottom of the Reservoir.. Nice view from the top. Please be careful if kids are tagging along you.

Visited recently. It has become large tourist attraction for people visiting from Hyderabad. One thing that could be improved a lot is the security measures, because there is none found when there is huge water inflow

Govt of Telangana should reconstruct and renovate the Inspection Bungalow there and prove better facilities to the visitors.. Most of the Dams are in govts negligence and slowly dying the beauty..
