Sky gym is one of the best gym in town , the trainers here are now certified with ACE which is an excellent qualification for gym trainer's. I was suffering from lumbar spine problem from 4 months. With an hope of getting better I visited the gym again and yes, as always I was not disappointed at all, the trainers not only helped me in my betterment of spine but also corrected my posture.correction of posture was really very helpful for me. The best part of here they also help you to understand your problem in a more simple and uncomplicated way and it helps you to heal easily . although my problem was not completely cured because I'm still in the process of rehab but I had a great improvement in my spine , if you're facing any such issues without any hesitation you can visit here.

Quality training is given here,and that made me confidential. When I was 81 kg almost I have no hope and just like a trial I went and consulted them.Then I lost 5 kg in 1st month and 12 kg in 3 months.Thamk u very much Ramya maam.now still I'm a Clint to her.

Even the space doesn't have enough starts to rate this gym.thanks to the Ramya mam .she is very friendly and high in knowledge best gym in hnk.nThey will definitely solve your problems

One of the best gyms in our tri cities. Fully modern equipments. Trainer is too good. Maintenance is super.
