Good service.. But they cheats .. Bloody beggers.. Lost 400 rupees.. They will ask us to buy cover for our passport , good for nothing , they will keep on telling lies , never agree to buy it .

Good service .the only problem is parking area

If your side is all clear, everything goes well and fast. Always reach before reporting time. There will be agents outside the building who will help you with missing documents.Last two time i went, got parking in the basement of same building. You can park your car on the road side also. There is a masjid and restaurant in the locality. If you are going from covid hotspot, you will not be allowed inside even if you have appointment.

Excellent service by passport Seva kendra Malappuram. I lost my passport at Dadar east, so that i went here for a duplicate passport. I feel very comfortable and friendly staff management system at this office. Their guiding and support was in a good manner and process was very fast and accurate.. I am totally surprised by their efficiency and customer oriented support. Thank you
