GYM.nMore than 6 year experienced certified Trainer Mr. Pawan Chaudhray.nand nice staff. each staff member has great knowledge about exercises according client goal.ndisciplined environment.nHave almost every machine you needed for your weight and cardio training.nEach machine, dumbbells, weight and every equipment is brand new.nDedicated space and place for dead-lift which is cool. and one more different thing i have seen they have dedicated machine for full forearm exercise.nIn some way's It's better than gold gym in Aligarh.
