Matria Hospital

Our bundle of JOY was born on 30th August 2020 at Matria baby of Anjaly Rajeev. The labour room staff & doctors attended to us with much love and care words cannot express . All the services were excellent from security, reception, office, canteen, Nursing team and off course our dear doctors. We are so happy that we chose Matria. The services are very professional but executed with human touch. Love you Matria.

Limited rooms,can't able to maintain for required patients due to heavy rush... Really appreciable the experience and caring of doctors and entire crew.

The place looks good, and I have no idea about their treatment, but the doctor (dr Gopika)we met is really good at treating patient, but the way they treat visitors at entrance really not pleasant, the people in reception really look busy all the time and no welcoming vibe, and allow only patient to visit doctor, and there is not even a chair or a place to wait if there is anybody other than patient, they should stand at the entrance where every other patient pass that really increase probability of covid spread than stopping it.

To make matter clear upfront, I will not recommend matria to any one based on my experience. I had a really bad experience during my delivery from a senior surgeon in the hospital. After 14 hours of struggling with labour pain I had to undergo C section. Due to this trauma Our baby also suffered alot in the initial days and had to be admitted in hospital again. Good surgeon patient relationship is cornerstone for a safe and comfortable delivery. But sadly that was not the case with me .Due to this experience, in my opion this hospital is not up to the mark for the penny what we are paying. The billing system here is also not clear . I was charged for medicine which i had not even consumed. Only plus point is the infrastructure ,ambiance. Nursing care also was good.

At the time of Corona pandemic you can trust Matria the best.Best caring staff and basic facilities .Rooms and common areas are neat and clean.They are cleaning the rooms more than 2 times a day. Food from the canteen will match with any best restaurant in kozhikode .
