The professionalism of the staff is beyond compare. However, their system of appointments needs major rework. An hour's waiting time even with an appointment is no surprise

The wait is too long and their appointment scheduling is a joke, no regard for the patients time. Kindly get a bit more organised in terms of quality and time management. Reply from owner: Athul, you have to understand that in these times, we have to limit people coming here and the number inside. If you cant understand the situation of medical professionals, it is sad. During these times, we must cater for the very young, the very old and emergencies. Please be patient. Its quite sad that an institution like this responds this way, instead of taking this as a constructive criticism upon which you should improve/revamp your services, you are justifying it. And regarding "understanding the situation of medical professionals" i too belong to the medical fraternity, and your right we have to limit people coming in as a crowd but it is counterproductive when you just put them all to wait in a cluster like a heard of bees. Heard of Slot based booking system ? it is by adoption of such measures that you show that you value your patients, clients and "THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION" and not by blaming the understanding of people like me. This entire experience was very substandard and inadequate kindly improve. Athul
