Puthalath Eye Hospital

I feel sorry for the owner... Very bad customer service from front desk and a assistant/nurse middle aged lady wearing a spectacle. For an eye test they made us waiting for almost 2 hours... Even after 2 hours they were not at all considering for consultation.. we left the hospital.. Special mention: Attitude of those people never change i suppose.

I will not reccomend this eye hospital to anyone.Their optical service is poor. The lowest rating here is 1 star.My actual rating is 0.5 star. I went there to repair my specs a few times. They weren't even trying to see the problem. They just inspect it reluctantly and say that nothing can be done. I had to go to another shop and they fixed the problem in an instant. They blatantly ignore you after they say their above mentioned excuse and I had to just get up and leave. I wonder why they even opened the shop

A good hospital ,its a well maintained and clean place in the heart of Calicut City run by Suresh Puthalath.
