Very Nice Service of Riyaz Tours and Travels I have travelled fro Umrah on 17 Nov 2019 from Lucknow . They are highly professional and trained staff. Food quality needs some improvement in Makkah Hotel only rest all the things are smooth and hassle free. They will will pick you from Jeddah airport on arrival, and guide you on every step and place. In last they will not only drop you at Airport but they will arrange your boarding passes and can do your Luggage booking on airport. you do not have to do any thing.nI will highly recommend you to go through Riyaz.

Riyaz tours & travels is a travel agency which serves Umrah & Hajj performing toursnHis tour facility is very good they take care of the person who take tour from riyaz's very well..handling of office Staff is very nice and supportive.nI give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars out of 5.

My father and mother are currently on hajj with this tour operator. They have tie up with Mehdi Tours and travels. They are fraud. their facility is even worse than hajj committee. the rooms they are providing are very small in very average quality hotel. they are accommodating 5 ppl in room which hardly caters 3 ppl. no room for luggage. no one cleaning bathroom. no transport facility during rami jamarat. they let their ppl walk for 7 kms on their own whereas hajj committee ppl were provided tickets of metro train and other agents provided bus transport. Only food quality is good which has also deteriorated in last few days. to sum up, they are taking huge amount of money from ppl just for providing food and that too on the cost of inferior transport and lodging facilities.
