Actually 1star is more than enough for Home town Lucknow but there is not an option for less than that.We had placed an order for 7seater sofa +1table on Jan 26, 2020 and we paid the full amount for that but sad part is that its going to be six months now, I haven't got any confirmatory response from their suee, either they are making sofa from scratch and I wonder that take too takes 6 months to make. It's hilarious but very unprofessional and irresponsible customer service from their side.

The quality is worse and the after sale service is the worst. I will never recommend to anyone!

It was my worst experience for purchasing from hometown.Delivery was delayed almost 1month and after several follow up ,they delivered the product but without assembly.Now I'm following up for assembly.Service is so poor and prices are high.It would b better if there service match with price.I suggest everyone to avoid purchasing from home town.
