It lost the ambience it had 2 years back.Ordered cheddar beef burger but the taste was not so good.The bathroom was not maintained at all and the tap at the wash basen was not even working.Need to improve the overall quality.

Was ok I asked them to recommend me the best burger they suggested me beef cheddar burger that was bit too average and for 250 bucks I didn't find it worthy it even came without any fries for that cost not at all worth . Hope they make it better next time . Rest was all good except the lag in delivery.

A highly over rated place. Food is just okie. Cost is high. The menu itself is a xerox paper. Ambience is good. Ideal for a one time visit. In Kottayam, it may be rated as best but people who visited such shops in Cochin n all might feel over rated!! Parking available for 3-4 cars.
