With one single Laptop for all the vehicles and takes too much time to fix issues..researching every vehicle . Better leave the vehicle for 2-3 weeks for repairing.

I have got a bad experience from the dealer and waiting to get a resolution at the earliest. I have sent multiple reminders and havent got any response. Thats surprising and annoying from a so called reputed dealer. Updated. Its really irritating sometimes to see these kinds of behaviour from a reputed company dealer. May be they dont care about customer satisfaction. So here is the update. If you plan to buy a Ford car this dealer should not be in your list. But if you desparately wanted to go for this dealer then you can but make sure you record all conversation with them. Make sure to pay money if you have enough in your pocket. You need to spend hell lots of time to get your money back in case of cancellation.

I took delivery of my Ford EcoSport from Kairali Ford Kottayam in November 2020. Mr. Joseph Cyriac has been helping me out with the delivery. He committed a very practical delivery date for the vehicle colour of my choice. Subsequently he was very prompt in informing me of next steps and also updating me on the status of vehicle thus helping me have a near smooth delivery. Note for those who do not have the local address in Aadhar card : I work in Bangalore and hence I did have some minor difficulties since I did not have my local address in Aadhar card. I did have local address proof in my driving licence, utility bill etc. So I ended up getting a residency certificate from village and later got an affidavit from notary to provide as address proof.

One of the best service I have ever received... politeness and respect are the key of their staffs... My new model figo had been serviced only by kairali Ford and I had never faced any issues with them. I appreciate their customer service. It's sad that I am not a part of Ford as I bought new creta and sold my figo, started facing lots of issues with Hyundai people as they couldn't satisfy me with their service. Hope oneday I will come back to Ford if they introduce premium cars..

Very good service. I had my all services and vehicle related works done at Kairali, Kottayam since 2016. I got personal attention to the issues reported related to our vehicle and completed those issues perfectly to our satisfaction. Good dealings of the assigned service engineers.
